Before you go for the most expensive, monstrous exercise machine, you should look first for the following fitness equipment:

1. A comfortable pair of snickers

2. Dry and lightweight fitness clothing

Fitness Programs
Start with the cheapest and effective fitness program: WALKING. Once you have walked for 30 min/day for at least three months, you'll be ready to start a more sophisticated exercise program... or maybe you'll just have to increase your exercise time.
